 CONFERENCE INTRODUCTION

International Conference on Electronic Technology, Power Grid System and Information Technology (ICETCI 2026) will be held in Dalian, Liaoning Province, China during May 22-24, 2026.

The conference covers a wide range of topics, including integrated circuit design, digital signal processing, smart grid operation and control, new energy grid connection technology, information system security, data communication and transmission and other core fields. It also focuses on hot directions such as the integration of artificial intelligence and power grid systems, the application of digital twin in electronic technology, and the research of marine information technology combined with smart power grids. AIMS AND SCOPES

International Conference on Electronic Technology, Power Grid System and Information Technology (ICETCI 2026) will be held in Dalian, Liaoning Province, China during May 22-24, 2026. Meeting is sent to at least two reviewers, including members of the International Planning Committee, technical committee members, and other qualified reviewers. Submission of papers describing the original works are warmly encouraged,

but not limited to the following topics:

PAPER IS PUBLISHED

Papers will first undergo blind review by 2-3 experts. Accepted papers will be independently published by SPIE Press (with ISSN: 0277-786X) and ultimately indexed in EI and Scopus.

Papers must be submitted in full English. There is no over-page fee for submissions within 8 pages, and full-text submissions are required.

The conference only accepts full-English manuscripts. If translation services are needed, please contact the conference director to inquire about preferential information.

If a paper is withdrawn due to personal reasons after payment, a service fee (30% of the page fee) will be charged.

Papers should have academic or practical value and must not have been previously published in domestic or international academic journals or conferences. Authors may pay to check the similarity of their papers through CrossCheck, iThenticate, or other query systems. The recommended similarity check system is: https://www.chaessay.com/turnitin.html. The paper similarity rate must not exceed 25% (including the reference section); otherwise, the author shall bear full responsibility for any rejection caused by an excessive similarity rate.

The publisher has the final decision-making power regarding the acceptance or rejection of papers.

REVIEW PROCESS

Peer review is the major quality maintenance measure for any academic journal. In this process, experts in the relevant fields analyze the scholarly work from every perspective, including its writing, the accuracy of its technical content, its documentation, and its impact on and significance to the discipline.

Reviewers play a pivotal role in scholarly publishing, and their valuable opinions certify the quality of the article under consideration. Peer review helps to ratify research, establishing a standard for evaluation within research communities.

Firstly, after a paper is submitted to a journal, a journal editor screens the manuscript and decides whether or not to send it for full peer review. Only after clearing the initial screening is the manuscript sent to two peer reviewers. Finally, journal editors or the journal’s editorial board consider the peer reviewers’ reports and make the final decision to accept or reject the manuscript for publication.
