 CONFERENCE INTRODUCTION

In response to the global digital transformation trend and China’s strategic deployment for developing the digital economy, [ACM] 2026 International Academic Conference on Digital Economy, Blockchain Technology and Artificial Intelligence (DEBAI 2026) 2026 will be held in Yichun, China from July 3 to 5, 2026.

Centered on the theme Empowering Innovative Development of Digital Economy with Blockchain Technology and Artificial Intelligence, the conference focuses on cutting-edge research and practical applications in interdisciplinary fields including digital economy governance, underlying blockchain technologies and applications, optimization of artificial intelligence algorithms, industrial digital transformation, data security and privacy protection. It aims to build a frontier information exchange platform for global scholars, industry practitioners and leaders, break down barriers between academic research and industrial practice, connect world-class academic resources with China’s dynamic digital economy ecosystem, promote the transformation of innovative ideas into implementable industrial solutions, and integrate talents, technologies and capital to support the sustainable development of the global digital economy. We sincerely welcome experts, scholars, entrepreneurs and professionals from universities, research institutions and industries at home and abroad to attend the conference and participate in this fruitful academic exchange event.

Against the backdrop of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, blockchain technology and artificial intelligence have become core engines driving the development of the digital economy. AIMS AND SCOPES

[ACM] 2026 International Academic Conference on Digital Economy, Blockchain Technology and Artificial Intelligence (DEBAI 2026) 2026 will be held in Yichun, China from July 3 to 5, 2026. Meeting is sent to at least two reviewers, including members of the International Planning Committee, technical committee members, and other qualified reviewers. Submission of papers describing the original works are warmly encouraged, but not limited to the following topics:

PAPER IS PUBLISHED

All submissions must undergo review by 2-3 experts from the Organizing Committee. After a rigorous review process, all finally accepted papers will be published in the ACM ICPS (ACM International Conference Proceeding Series)(ISBN: 979-8-4007-0020-0). Once published, the papers will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Papers must be submitted in full English. There is no over-page fee for submissions within 8 pages, and full-text submissions are required.

The conference only accepts full-English manuscripts. If translation services are needed, please contact the conference director to inquire about preferential information.

If a paper is withdrawn due to personal reasons after payment, a service fee (30% of the page fee) will be charged.

Papers should have academic or practical value and must not have been previously published in domestic or international academic journals or conferences. Authors may pay to check the similarity of their papers through CrossCheck, iThenticate, or other query systems. The recommended similarity check system is: https://www.chaessay.com/turnitin.html. The paper similarity rate must not exceed 25% (including the reference section); otherwise, the author shall bear full responsibility for any rejection caused by an excessive similarity rate.

The publisher has the final decision-making power regarding the acceptance or rejection of papers.

The conference adopts an online submission method, with technical support provided by Boshi Network, International Journal Network, and CPCIG throughout the entire process.

REVIEW PROCESS

Peer review is the major quality maintenance measure for any academic journal. In this process, experts in the relevant fields analyze the scholarly work from every perspective, including its writing, the accuracy of its technical content, its documentation, and its impact on and significance to the discipline.

Reviewers play a pivotal role in scholarly publishing, and their valuable opinions certify the quality of the article under consideration. Peer review helps to ratify research, establishing a standard for evaluation within research communities.

Firstly, after a paper is submitted to a journal, a journal editor screens the manuscript and decides whether or not to send it for full peer review. Only after clearing the initial screening is the manuscript sent to two peer reviewers. Finally, journal editors or the journal’s editorial board consider the peer reviewers’ reports and make the final decision to accept or reject the manuscript for publication.
