 CONFERENCE INTRODUCTION

[ACM] 2026 International Conference on Computer Technology and Biomedical Sciences (CCTBS 2026) will be held during August 14–16, 2026, in Beijing, China, to adapt to the global wave of biomedical innovation and the strategic layout of China’s intelligent medical and health industry.

This conference takes "Integrating Computer Technology and Biomedical Sciences to Empower Intelligent Medical Innovation" as its theme, focusing on cutting-edge research and industrial applications in the interdisciplinary fields of biomedical data analysis, medical artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, and intelligent medical device development. CCTBS 2026 aims to promote the exchange of cutting-edge academic and industrial information among global scholars, technical practitioners, and industry leaders, bridge the gap between theoretical research and clinical application, and link top international academic resources with China’s vibrant biomedical ecosystem. It is committed to transforming innovative technological achievements into practical clinical solutions, gathering talents, technologies, and capital to drive the high-quality and sustainable development of the global biomedical industry. The conference sincerely invites experts, scholars, clinicians, and relevant professionals from domestic and foreign universities, research institutions, and medical industries to participate and carry out in-depth academic exchanges and cooperation.

Against the backdrop of the rapid development of life sciences and information technology, computer technology has become a core technical pillar supporting biomedical research and clinical practice innovation. The deep integration of computer technology, artificial intelligence, and biomedical sciences is reshaping medical diagnosis and treatment models, optimizing drug research and development efficiency, and fostering new formats and new models of medical and health development—while also bringing new challenges in data privacy protection, medical algorithm interpretability, and clinical data standardization. Exploring how to use technological innovation to tackle these challenges and fully release the value of biomedical data and intelligent computing capabilities is the core goal pursued by CCTBS 2026.

PAPER IS PUBLISHED

All submissions must undergo review by 2-3 experts from the Organizing Committee. After a rigorous review process, all finally accepted papers will be published in the ACM ICPS (ACM International Conference Proceeding Series)(ISBN: 979-8-4007-0020-0). Once published, the papers will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Papers must be submitted in full English. There is no over-page fee for submissions within 8 pages, and full-text submissions are required.

The conference only accepts full-English manuscripts. If translation services are needed, please contact the conference director to inquire about preferential information.

If a paper is withdrawn due to personal reasons after payment, a service fee (30% of the page fee) will be charged.

Papers should have academic or practical value and must not have been previously published in domestic or international academic journals or conferences. Authors may pay to check the similarity of their papers through CrossCheck, iThenticate, or other query systems. The recommended similarity check system is: https://www.chaessay.com/turnitin.html. The paper similarity rate must not exceed 25% (including the reference section); otherwise, the author shall bear full responsibility for any rejection caused by an excessive similarity rate.

The publisher has the final decision-making power regarding the acceptance or rejection of papers.

The conference adopts an online submission method, with technical support provided by Boshi Network, International Journal Network, and CPCIG throughout the entire process.

REVIEW PROCESS

Peer review is the major quality maintenance measure for any academic journal. In this process, experts in the relevant fields analyze the scholarly work from every perspective, including its writing, the accuracy of its technical content, its documentation, and its impact on and significance to the discipline.

Reviewers play a pivotal role in scholarly publishing, and their valuable opinions certify the quality of the article under consideration. Peer review helps to ratify research, establishing a standard for evaluation within research communities.

Firstly, after a paper is submitted to a journal, a journal editor screens the manuscript and decides whether or not to send it for full peer review. Only after clearing the initial screening is the manuscript sent to two peer reviewers. Finally, journal editors or the journal’s editorial board consider the peer reviewers’ reports and make the final decision to accept or reject the manuscript for publication.
