Abstract

The cross-disciplinary talent cultivation model serves as a key approach to promoting innovation and resource sharing in higher education, and it holds important practical significance for the teaching reform of inter-institutional course enrollment in "Human Resource Management." Based on the context of inter-institutional enrollment, this study examines the main challenges encountered in applying this model within the teaching reform process. To address these challenges, this paper proposes several corresponding measures: establishing an open and shared course resource platform, improving inter-institutional collaborative teaching management systems, strengthening guidance and support for students engaged in cross-institutional learning, creating a unified credit recognition and quality evaluation system, and promoting cross-disciplinary faculty training and academic exchanges.
