CONFERENCE INTRODUCTION
2026 3rd International Conference on Science and Technology, Modern Education and Management (TMEM 2026) will be grandly held in Spain-Madrid, from November 28 to 30, 2026. TMEM 2026 will explore concepts and experimental results for all experts, researchers, and innovators in engineering technology, scientific progress, information technology applications, and artificial intelligence from around the world, including scientists, engineers, educators, industry, academia, and government agencies. This meeting will discuss some of the more relevant and advanced issues and themes covered by engineering technology, science and progress, modern informatization and applications. TMEM 2026 will be around "information technology, intelligent education, scientific progress research and management" and the latest research areas, for scholars, engineers and industry experts and scholars, engineering and development personnel to provide a Shared research and cutting-edge technology, understand the academic development trend, broaden the research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, promote the industrialization of academic achievements cooperation platform. The conference sincerely invites experts from universities, research institutions, scholars, business professionals and other related personnel to attend the conference. After the review process, all invited and submitted papers will be reviewed by two experts from PC. After careful review, all accepted papers will be published in the Modern Management Science & Engineering and submitted to CPCI for retrieval by CNKI.

Submission of papers describing the original works are warmly encouraged, but not limited to the following topics:

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of TMEM 2026 will be submitted for indexing by CNKI / Crossref / CPCI.

After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, papers will be published into GBP Proceedings Series ISSN(O): 3078-7718 ISSN(P): 3078-770X, and submitted to CPCI, CNKI for indexing.Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

REVIEW PROCESS
Peer review is the major quality maintenance measure for any academic journal. In this process, experts in the relevant fields analyze the scholarly work from every perspective, including its writing, the accuracy of its technical content, its documentation, and its impact on and significance to the discipline.
Reviewers play a pivotal role in scholarly publishing, and their valuable opinions certify the quality of the article under consideration. Peer review helps to ratify research, establishing a standard for evaluation within research communities.
Firstly, after a paper is submitted to a journal, a journal editor screens the manuscript and decides whether or not to send it for full peer review. Only after clearing the initial screening is the manuscript sent to two peer reviewers. Finally, journal editors or the journal’s editorial board consider the peer reviewers’ reports and make the final decision to accept or reject the manuscript for publication. The Generic Peer Review Process visualizes this.
